What are my rights if I'm not satisfied with my meal plan?
Am I required to exercise to obtain maximum results?
No, but it’s fair to say that exercise enhances the results of most diets.
Is dairy allowed on Keto?
Yes, within moderation. Make sure, however, that you select full-fat dairy products. Low-fat products tend to be processed and have more carbs.
I do not like milk substitutes such as almond or soya - is there any alternative?
There are lots of milk substitutes on the market. Do your research and find the right alternative for you.
How pivotal are electrolytes while on Keto?
Very. Particularly when you first start Keto. It’s important to replenish your body's level of potassium, magnesium, calcium and sodium to eliminate the unpleasant Keto-flu symptoms.
What is Keto-flu? Is there anything that can be done to help avoid it?
Keto flu may be a combination of short-term nausea, fatigue, irritability and brain fogginess - all due to Keto adaptation. This is by no means at all a dangerous condition. This is an entirely natural reaction, all down to the fact that your body is starting to burn fat for fuel as opposed to carbs. You may experience all of these symptoms, have a very slight case, or not experience them at all - don’t worry either way. What can you do to lessen the effects? Drink lots of water and ensure you are getting enough calcium in your diet!
How do I know if I am going through ketosis?
There is no one symptom that indicates that you may be in ketosis. However, common indications include, but are not limited to - loss of weight, foul breath, increased urination, a strange taste in your mouth, feeling more energized and insomnia. You can, however, test to see if you are in ketosis. Blood, urine and breath tests are all highly indicative of whether or not you are in ketosis.
What is the Keto diet?
As opposed to a lot of other diets on the market, the Keto diet relies on high-fat consumption, with very few carbs. The majority (75%) of your calorie intake on Keto comes from fat. Whereas only 5% of your daily calories come from carbs. This tricks our bodies into changing its fuel source to fat from carbs. This, in turn, results in the production of a fuel source called ketones. Once this change occurs, you are in ketosis.
What if I'm allergic to any ingredient from my meal plan?
While going through the quiz, you can exclude any ingredient to which you are allergic. If by any chance, you encounter in your personal meal plan, any ingredient or food, to which you are allergic, please let us know as soon as possible. After such notice is received by us, we will come up with the best possible alternative to you.
I’m concerned with the amount of calories my diet has
You wouldn’t be the first to have such concerns! But fear not, it is intended to be like that. If you reduce too many calories too quickly, it can jeopardize your health. Remember, Keto is not about eating less, but more so eating specific things. We will always ensure you have the ideal meal plan. You’ll consume more fat and subsequently, burn more of it too.
How do I access my weekly recipes?
Simple - all you need to do is change the week by selecting the specific week number on the top corner of your meal-plan page.
When it comes to drinks, what am I allowed to consume?
Coffee, tea and, of course, plenty of water, are all permitted on Keto. It’s essential to keep up your consumption of water on the diet, especially in the first few days. On top of them, low-carb blended Keto drinks, including: juices, milkshakes, smoothies, cocktails and more, are included in the Keto Diet.
What about fruit, is it allowed?
Fruit is a tricky one as some of them are high in natural sugars, going against the idea of Keto. There are, however, some fruits that are low-glycemic, which can be consumed in moderation. Fruits such as strawberries and blackberries are fine, as long as you don't binge on them.
Is this a subscription?
No, the great thing about our product is that it comprises a one-time payment which covers the whole 60 days diet. It is not a subscription and you’ll only pay once.
Will my meal-plans be accessible indefinitely?
Yes! There is no time-limit on the accessibility of your meal-plans. You will have lifetime access to your meal-plans.
How do I access my recipes?
Simply click on the name of the recipe and all relevant information will pop up, including the relevant ingredients, quantities and methods of preparation.
In what form are the ingredients listed, already-prepared or raw?
All of the ingredients listed will be raw and will subsequently require them to be cooked or prepared.
Help! Foods that I have excluded have shown up on my meal-plan.
Remember, only essential-ingredients will be color coded. This way, you know what you can substitute and what you cannot. Saying that, should you encounter a recipe with products included that you have previously eliminated, please get in touch with us and we will sort this out for you.
How long after completing my order will I receive my meal-plan?
You will receive your meal-plan in 30 minutes, if you opt for the fast meal-plan generation service. Otherwise, you will receive your personal meal-plan within 24 hours from the submission of your request with Complete Keto Diet.

Again, please ensure you have checked your junk or spam folder in the first instance. Also make sure you did not make a spelling mistake when you typed your email. If this is the case, please email us with the correct spelling, making sure you stipulate the country of purchase, and we will rectify the problem quickly.
